Our service includes everything you need for a respectful, professional cremation:

What’s Included:

  • Collection of your loved one from a hospital or local mortuary
  • Transportation to the crematorium in a traditional hearse
  • A recording of the final journey (hearse arriving at crematorium) to share with family
  • Cremation at a local crematorium
  • Return of ashes in a suitable container
  • All legal paperwork, doctor’s forms and cremation documentation

We handle every detail with care, and your loved one remains under local, family-run supervision from beginning to end – never passed to a call centre or third party.

What’s Not Included:

To keep costs low, a direct cremation does not include

  • A funeral service or attendees at the crematorium
  • A formal ceremony or officiant
  • Embalming or viewing (unless you choose a chapel visit)
  • A casket – ashes are returned in a simple, suitable container

If you'd like a personal moment to say goodbye, we offer an optional chapel visit (£100), which includes:

  • Your loved one dressed in their own clothes
  • A quiet visit during chapel opening hours
